Day #2 Paris !

Tiring day in Paris!

We visited le Louvre, where we saw the Mona Lisa and My’Kelya, Ally and Victoria fought with a rude American woman. We ate a picnic in le jardin des Tuileries, during which Ms. Witte managed to ask a Frenchman for a «cuillière» (a spoon) thanks to Avery’s extensive knowledge of French vocabulary (making me prouuuuuuud). We visited la cathédrale Notre Dame, le Boulevard St Michel, and we saw la Sorbonne and «la rue du chat qui pêche» (the narrowest street in Paris), and finally ate some delicious Italian ice cream (with Phillip asking for his order like a true Frenchman). Nicole also managed to ask a Subway employee for 5 cups of ice cubes in French (making me prouuuuuuuuud again).

After that, it was time to go home with heavy legs.

Tomorrow, we’re going to school!
